We offer a full event planning service. Every event is unique and we have the capacity to fulfill your requirements from start to finish. We’re able to find venues, organize catering, décor, balloon display, hotel accommodations, transportation, staffing, rental party material/equipment, and even hire entertainment.
We understand that each client has an amount they are comfortable spending on their event, and we are committed to working within the financial boundaries you set. We base our referrals, ideas, and suggestions on your budget and the desired outcome of your event.
It depends on the event. There is no “one price fits all.” Every event is different, and pricing will be based on your individual needs. 3S Solutions works hard to set a budget you can afford to have a beautiful event. We will not add surprise costs at the end, so if something needs to be adjusted along the way, we will communicate with you to find a solution.
It is never too early to begin planning your event. We love to get as much notice as possible so that we have ample time to get all supplies and vendors confirmed. Many dates tend to book quickly, so getting yours on our books is priority number 1.
I have already chosen a venue and they have their own coordinator. Why do I need a separate one too?
We know that some venues have their own coordinators and we are able to work with them. A venue coordinator is looking out for the best interest of the venue. Typically, venue coordinators answer your questions about policies of the venue, assist with meal choices, and process your paperwork. They generally do not help create, select, or set up your many personalized items such as favors, décor, seating arrangements, photo booths, etc. They also don’t negotiate other vendor contracts. The event planner will deal with all aspects of the venue, such as setup, and will make sure everything is to your specifications.
We consider the size and capacity of the venue needed for the number of guests, facilities provided, parking, technical needs, and budget constraints. We give you venue options that reflect on your event type. We visit venues to check on the quality of the facilities and liaise with them, keeping you informed and ensuring your approval.

We do offer installment payment options broken out over the duration of the contract. We will work with the client to determine a suitable plan for them. A 30%–50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The short answer is no. We have worked hard at developing these relationships and we can guarantee the quality of the services of the vendors we suggest. But we are more than happy to work with any vendors you would prefer.
